Use proper histograms to implement jet shape projection

The JetShape? projection uses internal histogramming for caching, but all the binning, widths etc. is done by hand in vectors of doubles, and two different types of integral histograms are stored separately rather than being calculated from the differential histogram. When YODA histos are available, it will be easier to just store a BinnedHistogram? of proper histo objects inside the projection (if we retain the binning at all --- this projection has several problems...
